day following receipt of your order, if it is placed before 4 p.m. ET. Please refer to the chart listed
below for shipping times.
Personalized Post-It® Notes, Personalized Stampers, Personalized
Soaps, Letterpress Stationery, Embroidered Tote Bags, Collegiate
Stationery, Dinky Design Luggage Tags, Labels and Stationery do not
qualify for next business day shipping.
- Post-It® Notes take 6 - 8 business days to produce
with shipping time additional. Post-It® Notes ship via UPS.
- Personalized Stampers take 10 -14 business days to produce
with shipping time additional. Personalized Stampers ship via UPS.
- Dinky Design Luggage Tags, Labels and Stationery take 4 business days to
produce with shipping time additional. Dinky Design products ship via
UPS.
- Collegiate Note Pads take 2-3 business days to produce with shipping
time additional. Collegiate Note Pads ship via FedEx.
- Personalized mugs, frames and shirts take 1-2 business days to produce
with shipping time additional. These items ship via UPS.
- Personalized Tote Bags take 12-14 business days to produce with
shipping time additional. Personalized Tote Bags ship via UPS.
- Letterpress Notes and Cards take 5-7 business days to produce with
shipping times additional. These items ship via FedEx.

This chart is to be used for reference only.
The chart displays approximate transit time for an order shipped
via FedEx ground from Aurora, Illinois.
The Shipment chart reflects delivery on business days only. Note that FedEx
delivers to commercial addresses Monday - Friday and to residential addresses
on Tuesday - Saturday. Orders can arrive earlier or later
based on FedEx shipping volume.
The final cost of shipping your order depends on the weight of
the items, the destination, and the shipping method. Once you
have placed the items in the Shopping Cart and started the
check out process, you will be shown the actual shipping cost
for each available shipping method. You select the shipping
method you wish to use and can see the final order total before
completing the transaction.
For your convenience, we have supplied an estimated shipping
cost guide for FedEx Ground service. Your actual shipping cost
is calculated during the checkout process.
